Let me introduce myself. I was born in La Paz and have been part of the Todos Santos community since 2008. I am a proud local and a mother of three children who have grown up here in Todos Santos. One of my hobbies is bird photography and I am an enthusiastic tennis player. I love the nature and wilderness of Baja.

I hold a degree in business management and am a closing agent with more than 15 years of experience. I consider myself your local expert and a true lover of Baja California Sur. One of my many passions is organizing operations, planning, and directing a variety of tasks to achieve goals and objectives. I love being as efficient as possible in the complex area of title property and want to make sure it's as easy as possible for you.

  • As a seasoned business leader and closing agent with over 15 years of experience, I'm proud to introduce myself as the CEO. With a degree in Business Management and a proven track record of success, I'm dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise to our clients.

    Local Expertise, Global Perspective.
    As a long-time resident of Baja California Sur, I possess intimate knowledge of the local real estate market and a deep passion for this incredible region. My extensive experience working with various real estate agencies and individual clients has equipped me with a unique understanding of the complexities of title property and the importance of efficient, seamless transactions.

  • Born and raised in the stunning city of La Paz, BCS, I'm proud to call this beautiful place my home.

    I hold a Law degree from the prestigious Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, specializing in Corporate Law. With over 8 years of experience working with the Tax Administration Service, I've developed a strong foundation in legal procedures and foreign trade.

    I've also had experience working with the public services department at the city council offices of La Paz B.C.S.

    When I'm not practicing law, you can find me, trail running through the breathtaking landscapes of BCS, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes.
